About the Course

SKI-HI is a complete curriculum with research-based information and unbiased resources for professionals who are providing family-centered programming to families with young children ages 0 – 5 who are deaf or hard of hearing.

SKI-HI Training is available for professionals with backgrounds in fields related to deafness and/or early child development such as deaf education, special education, speech therapy, audiology, and early childhood education. Those who are currently working with or interested in working with families with young children who are deaf or hard of hearing and their families are welcome to attend. You must have at least a Bachelor’s degree to take this course.

Deadline with Payment: Must be received by Jan. 13, 2025.

Cost: The fee for SKI-HI training is $300.00. This covers all handouts and training materials (except manuals). Please make checks or POs payable to FSDB. Participants are also required to have the SKI-HI Curriculum Manual which can be ordered through HOPE Publications, Inc. 435-245-2888 or www.hopepubl.com. The cost is $315.00 per manual set (2 volumes) plus 10% shipping and handling.
