Student Life
FSDB students can enjoy independence and experience a wide range of opportunities within the safety and security of a beautiful 80+ acre campus, where they can learn, live and play.
Student life is an integral aspect of the overall FSDB experience for students who are deaf/hard of hearing or blind/visually impaired, whether participating in the Boarding Program or commuting from home each day. From the football field and basketball courts to the pool and bowling alley, FSDB offers students a variety of choices within a full range of athletics and recreational programs. Additional choices for students are available through extracurricular clubs and activities and involvement in the performing arts, much of which is tied to the academic curriculum.
