The Training and Quality Assurance (TQA) Department enhances quality assurance efforts through the facilitation of the FSDB Strategic Plan, Employee Engagement and Stakeholder Climate Surveys, Emergency Preparedness, and Staff Recognition. The department also offers a strong educational foundation for staff members through the planning and implementation of extensive training opportunities which provide employees with the knowledge and skills to perform their job duties safely and effectively.
